Paddington operations – on Great Western Route (location-based role) reporting into Service Centre Manager
Purpose of the role :
To assist Service Centre manager in managing, motivating, leading, coaching people team and implementing business procedures.
Oversee all products supplied to the customer(s) are of the highest quality, implementing systems and controls that may be necessary.
