Do you have a passion for customer service and sales?

Are you willing and able to work shifts which may include early starts, late finishes and weekends? Do you enjoy travel and meeting new people? Then being an on-board train host may be the ideal job for you. RG UK are currently recruiting for full time (40 hours per week) on board hosts to work out of Nottingham Train station, providing an at seat trolley service to customers travelling on the East Midland Railway network. Duties will involve providing excellent customer service, cash handling, managing stock, following Covid 19 guidelines, working on own initiative and to sales targets. Physically fit with previous experience within a sales, retail or customer facing environment would be an advantage although a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and customer-friendly approach are equally important. Full training will be provided.

We offer: Full training, living wage foundation rates of pay, Commission scheme, a Recognition programme, Discount card, Full uniform, 28 days for Holidays and Pension Scheme. Earliest start time could be 06:00 and latest finish time is midnight. Must be able to demonstrate good attendance records. Successful applicants will need to undergo a medical screening.
