A big shoutout to the EMR team for their efforts of the last 2 months. Our service level agreement and operational task has changed with the EMR client and we had a lot of change ad mobilisation do work through.
The main benefit is the expansion of the on board retail on the EMR London Mainline, this means we are working on 27 extra train per day between London Sheffield and Nottingham. We have received great feedback from the senior team at EMR so well done to all the RG team on the route.
