ISO certification
RG’s certification was renewed in 2023 for a 3-year period for both ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System following successful audits by our awarding body, Lloyd’s Register.

Sustainability
Our product and supplier selection approach is always to work with sustainable sources as our first preference, both for the benefit of our clients and their customers, but also as a way of supporting the global infrastructure for all our futures.
This approach has already been embraced by many of our clients, who demand the highest standards of integrity in manufacturing and production.
We audit all of our suppliers on a risk basis, seeking MSC accreditation for seafood and fish suppliers and Red Tractor or equivalent for all meats. We are working closely with Compassion in World Farming , being awarded the ‘Good Egg’ award for only using free range eggs, and continue to work towards achieving further recognition of our sustainable procurement policies in the future.

Environment
We’re all aware of how important it is to look after the environment and at RG we are always seeking to improve our processes and play our part.
We have developed a company-wide Environmental Policy called Step by Step – in order to work towards consistent and sustainable environmental improvements.
Our Step by Step Environmental Policy includes:
- Increasing recycling of packaging and reducing waste
- Reducing energy usage
- Working with sustainable suppliers
- ISO EMS 14001 certificated for all UK operations
- Improving awareness of our people to achieving the above
- Our Environmental Policy is reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
