We are now delivering a new catering offer for TransPennine Express’s (TPE) new service, “TransPennine Kitchen : Coast to Coast”. Following the successful launch of their West Coast Kitchen service in 2024, the new menu will run on trains between Liverpool and Newcastle. It was developed by our Heston NPD and food production team and spotlights local suppliers and ingredients across its routes.
Additionally, we will recruit and train around 30 new colleagues to support our expanded operations, further strengthening our relationship with TPE. Well done to Duncan, Paul, Dave and all the team on the TPE account.
