All of our on-board hosts undertake customer service training, and adhere to strict appearance and uniform guidelines.
As well as their on-the-job training, every employee has access to an online learning portal – Academy. Academy allows colleagues to not only develop themselves for their role, but also offers them access to a whole host of other training they may wish to undertake.
APPRENTICESHIPS
Apprenticeships in RG are delivered by approved external training providers.
By enrolling onto one of our apprenticeships programmes our colleagues have the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised apprenticeship, develop skills and knowledge to support their career development further within our business and the industry.
Apprenticeships at RG are available for all colleagues to access and suit all levels from the Level 2 Customer Service up to the Degree Level 7 apprenticeships, including MBA.
