All of our on-board hosts undertake customer service training, and adhere to strict appearance and uniform guidelines.
As well as their on-the-job training, every employee has access to an online learning portal – Academy. Academy allows colleagues to not only develop themselves for their role, but also offers them access to a whole host of other training they may wish to undertake.
And we reward good work – employees who go above and beyond are eligible to receive Celebrate! reward points, which can be saved and exchanged for a whole host of gifts.
We also work to support the food industry’s up and coming stars through our mentoring work with Oxford Brookes University.
